Jessa is trained in many things - including makeup, esthetics, hair, fire-fighting, life-guarding, yoga and spin instruction to name a few. We love how she shows up as her best self and genuinely spreads some serious love every where she goes. Keep on shining, we are here for it!

How did you get started in the industry?

I took an aptitude test and Sara convinced me while I used to serve her beer at the beer house!

What brought you to Revelstoke, BC?

My mother’s womb! (I was born here, hehe)

What do you love about your job?

How I can literally talk all day and not get in trouble for it! And how I spend all day making someone feel good about themselves! 

Favourite service to offer?

I love Barber cuts!! 

What are your predictions for hair/makeup in 2026?

Very natural dewy but also metallics and more vibrant!!

What would you love to see more of in your day?

oof hard question. I would love more colour! A lot more creative and challenging?! And as always, more barber cuts!

What are your favourite products currently, and why?

DRY SHAMPOWDER (AVEDA Dry Shampoo). As I live and breathe. Dry Texture Spray by Oribe or Texture Tonic from Aveda. Give me beach hair always.

Top ice cream flavour?

Moose tracks only. But I can freak up some cookie dough. But in all honesty, I'm a lactose girly so don't let me have it!!!

What do you love doing in your spare time?

I love riding my bike and running around with 3 border Collies! and hanging with my Grandma Sheila! Or teaching a spin class!!

What are you reading/watching right now?

Watching Once Piece on Netflix!!

Tell us something that may surprise people?

I'm horrible at quick math so yes you will kill me in a game of Crib.
