  • Designed for aspiring and new hairstylists, Form & Flow is a 150-hour hands-on training program dedicated to cutting, shaping, and styling. Whether you're just starting your journey or looking to refine your skills, this program provides expert guidance from the senior stylist team at Birch & Lace Hair Company—active professionals who stay ahead of industry trends. Set in a breathtaking ski mountain town in British Columbia, this program runs 1-2 days per week for approximately 3 months, offering a supportive and creative space to build confidence and technique.

  • Unlock the art of transformation with The Colour & Texture Mastery Program, a 150-hour hands-on training experience designed for aspiring hairstylists who want to perfect the craft of colouring, smoothing, and chemical services.
