We require 24 hours cancellation notice, and reserve the right to charge 100% of the booking total in the event of a late cancellation or no show.

Please note this cancellation fee does not apply in cases of emergency or illness. Please call or text the salon at 250-814-2508 or send us an email if you are unable to make it to your appointment as scheduled.
