Cancellation & Satisfaction Policy
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any appointment changes or cancellations. Late cancellations or missed appointments may be subject to a charge of 100% of the booking total.

Exceptions are made in cases of illness or emergency—please don’t hesitate to call or text us at 250-814-2508, or email the salon if you’re unable to attend your appointment.

If you're not fully satisfied with your service, please let us know within 3 days. We stand behind our work and would love the chance to make things right.

All refunds will be issued as in-store credit.
